Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for our two-year Graduate Development Programme. This structured programme provides participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical on-the-job training, enabling them to gain invaluable work experience and improve their employability.
This 24-month programme includes mentorship and regular progress evaluations every six months to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with TFR’s goals.
We are looking for graduates from Higher Education Institutions (Universities, Universities of Technology, TVET Colleges) who hold qualifications at NQF Level 6 or higher and have no prior work experience in their field of study.
