PathCare is offering Data Capture Learnerships for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to start a career in the healthcare industry. This learnership program is designed to provide comprehensive training and practical experience in data capture, essential for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring efficient laboratory operations.
- Accurately capture patient information into the laboratory information system.
- Verify and update patient records as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient data.
- Support the laboratory staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Adhere to PathCare's standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment to completing the 12-month learnership program.
- Previous experience in data capture or a healthcare environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills.
