Responsibilities

  • Support outreach initiatives, including communication with filmmakers, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Aid in organizing events, workshops, and training programs aimed at industry development.
  • Collaborate with different departments to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within NFVF.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute innovative ideas to support NFVF's mission.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film Studies, Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • Passion for the film and video industry, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of project management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the South African film industry landscape is a plus.
