Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for specific brands or product lines.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
Support the creation of marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional media initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.
Generate reports and presentations summarizing key marketing metrics and insights.

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
South African citizenship or valid work permit for South Africa.
