- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and experimentation to solve real-world agricultural challenges.
- Assist in field trials, crop scouting, and agronomic data collection.
- Participate in product development, testing, and evaluation.
- Support marketing efforts through market research, competitive analysis, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to the development of digital agriculture tools and technologies.
- Assist in supply chain management activities, including inventory management and logistics.
- Engage in financial analysis and reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. program in agriculture, agronomy, plant science, biology, engineering, business, finance, or related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Passion for agriculture and a desire to make a positive impact on global food security.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Previous internship or work experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
